Our Heritage

Established in 2015 by Chef Marco Rossini, Modern Restaurant has become a cornerstone of fine dining in the heart of the city. With three generations of family recipes and a commitment to using only the finest locally-sourced ingredients, we create memorable dining experiences that transport you to the rolling hills of Tuscany. Our award-winning wine cellar features over 200 carefully selected bottles from renowned vineyards across Italy and beyond.

Our executive chef, Marco Rossini, brings over two decades of culinary expertise, having trained in renowned kitchens throughout Italy before establishing Modern Restaurant as a destination for authentic Italian cuisine with a modern twist.
